Didnt expect to have to pay more than 20USD in extra costs. Hidden charges which you should have told me about right from the start. I understand the need to pay taxes, but what about this so called service fee?
The flower arrangement was smaller than expected. Looks more like a small arrangement rather than a deluxe one which I paid for.

It has been a normal experience for an Internet purchase. Was sent a picture of the flowers along with a thank you, was so disappointed in the product. I paid for a lush arrangement of roses and alstromeria.I am a retired florist and no that I didn't receive my money'so worth.
Everything was fine till I found out, in the end, that there was a $14.99 charge for the delivery that wasn't told me UPFRONT before I filled out all the info. Wish I had been informed that BEFORE I started my order. Other than that, ur site is neat and really easy to use, and the options for flowers are great.
Well I haven't seen them yet but I was told they were in a box that I was my aware of but am fine with. The females I sent it to said that the flowers were very beautiful.
