Everything was fine till I found out, in the end, that there was a $14.99 charge for the delivery that wasn't told me UPFRONT before I filled out all the info. Wish I had been informed that BEFORE I started my order. Other than that, ur site is neat and really easy to use, and the options for flowers are great.
Well I haven't seen them yet but I was told they were in a box that I was my aware of but am fine with. The females I sent it to said that the flowers were very beautiful. So I will be ordering from you guys again. Thank you for making them feel special while I was away on the road. Early delivery was nice too!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
