I upgraded my order to 'Deluxe' and allowed a local florist to design the bouquet. I ended up paying over $65.00 and when I saw the 'upgraded, deluxe' order I could have bought the same arrangement from the grocery store for about $15.00. I wanted this to be very special for my sister. I was disappointed.

I sent my aunt flowers to cheer her up during her recovery from breat cancer surgery. She sent me a picture. I'm so embarrassed. They're AWFUL. There are a bunch of filler flowers and one rose and one iris. This was supposed to be roses and irises.
Quick, painless experience! Will have a better idea once I see the delivery. The flowers were beautiful and the beginning price was great. All of the "hidden fees" added up to a lot!

The Service and Handling fee seems a bit high
I received an image of the flowers from the recipient and they looked different from the image of the bouquet I ordered online.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
