I have used you before and my fiance could not say enough wonderful things about the quality of your flowers. The roses were in full bloom and absolutely perfect.
The Service and Handling fee seems a bit high
I received an image of the flowers from the recipient and they looked different from the image of the bouquet I ordered online.
I know the picture online is not exactly what it will look like but this time it was totally different from what I thought I was buying.
They looked nothing like the picture. The shades of pink and yellow were totally different. There were extra items in the arrangement. I was very disappointed when I saw the finished product, especially after I pad almost $50!
Great selection and prices. But the product delivered did not look like what I ordered. The premium arrangement online looks a lot more full than the what was received. Not satisfied at all.

I ordered flowers for a friend who was sick with the intention that they would arrive the next day. A week later, the flowers weren't delivered! I have called them numerous times and they always blamed the florist, not to mention that I had to wait at least 20 minutes to even get to speak to someone! In the end, I cancelled the order and now I am hoping that I will get my money back. To add insult to the injury, they offered me $20 towards my next purchase. I am shocked to see that this company is still around as it is nothing but a big scam! They do not deliver what they promise and everything they say on their website is nothing but a false advertisement. I will definitely contact BBB and file a complaint against this company and blast them all over social media! Unbelievable!
I purchased the flower birthday cake for my mother. She was thrilled when she received it. She called and said that she was screaming with joy when it came because it was so beautiful! I have shared pictures of it and passed your website to others. The florist did an excellent job! I look forward to using you again!
