Item delivered was nothing like what was pictured and I had up graded to the deluxe. It was skimpy, some of the fresh flowers were already dried and dead looking. Will never order from this company again. Total rip off!
I live out of state from where I am sending the flowers. I hate not knowing approximately what time they will be delivered and I track it all day long. A smaller window on delivery time would be nicer. The tracker isn't always currant

I really wanted the latex balloons in the group but they were changed from 6 latex and 3 mylar to 5 maylar,I did not like this upgrade.
I was surprise at the additional charges of $14.99 fee and 2.99 for same day delivery. Also, I was down as the recipient rather than my daughter so I must have not filled it in correctly.

Easy to navigate I ordered my flowers at 9am and paid to have the flowers delivered by noon.They were delivered at 2pm,my wife almost left to go home.,not acceptable
