I'd like to see all the extra charges before the end of the order. They are somewhat of a surprise when you get to checkout. We paid extra for the flowers to be delivered before noon and they were not delivered until nearly 10:00 pm. We contacted fromyouflowers in mid afternoon to check the status of our order but did not get a response.
I have been using Proflowers for years but lately the customer service has been terrible. I have decided to give you a try. Thanks for the free shipping.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
