The flowers were delivered in a timely manner.
I had my sister send me a picture the bouquet and I would say it was a disappointment. I ordered the deluxe version and it was not what was pictured on the website.
The description on the website said: mixed tulips (there were 2 yellow tulips in the entire arrangement), Green spider mums, (they substituted lavender), Purple Limonium (something else was substituted, but it was not this). Clear gathering vase (it was a mason jar). Other than the 2 yellow tulips, this was a purple arrangement, not the mixed colors pictured and it was very heavy on the mums.
I also was surprised at the end of the shopping process, to see the $15.99 handling/delivery fee. It isn't that it wasn't 'fair', just unexpected at the end. It made this an expensive gift and then to have it be disappointing in what was actually delivered was frustrating.

Ordered a sympathy vase. The flowers and vase were very nice, looked just like the photo, yet they seemed a little "wilted." perhaps because the weather was cold. I did appreciate the free and quick delivery. Would order from again if needed.
I'm not sure who to blame, From You Flowers or the local establishment they contacted to fulfill the order. They listed a bamboo plant on their site, I ordered it but instead of bamboo the recipient received an ugly, green, foliage plant. The local establishment claimed they didn't have/nor could get bamboo but also misread the ticket and sent the ugly green foliage plant. I deserved better for $50.00.
The bouquet was pitiful to say the least! I ordered a premium selection (larger size) and the flowers were skimpy and the bouquet was small. Nothing close to the image.w First and last time that I will order from this company. The price was comparable to 1-800-Flowers or FTD. With those companies I would have known what I gotten.
I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement for my sisters birthday. I was extremely pleased with the finished product, it looked just like the online picture. I also ordered along with the flower arrangement a balloon, chocolates, and a teddy bear. The only thing I would've liked to have seen is an online picture or choices for ordering chocolates and bears, as there was not one. Overall I loved the service and will use you again for future deliveries.
I bought flowers as a birthday gift for my mom's birthday on the same day. The flowers got there a couple of hours after I put the order in and she loved them.
Shopping online was easy, but the flowers were very small in a vase that I paid for the higher price. I cant imagine what the less expensive ones would or would not have been. Very disappointed and will not order again due to size for the price.
The service was good delivery was on time and the Quality of the flower arrangement was nice. Thank you for your service and I will use you again as the need arise's.

Would have prefered to know upfront that there was a 14.99 handling fee before getting to the cart. Can't comment on quality as they were a gift, and I didn't see them, but receiver was happy with them.
The flowers were nice but the organization was a bit off. It appeared to be disorganized my daughter still loved the flowers thank you.
