I ordered a deluxe standing spray for my grandfather's funeral. Upon arriving at the funeral home last night I saw the arrangement with my card attached - what was delivered looked nothing like the pictures on your website. Very few flowers were in the arrangement - it was extremely sparse and the few flowers that were there were unopended and cheap looking - as was the bow. I am SO embarrased that this is the arrangement that was placed next to my grandfather's casket. Every other family member had beautiful arrangements delivered. I am happy to upload picutres of the arrangement so that you can see how horrible it looked. I will never use your website again and will make sure to let all of my family and friends know as well.
I requested the order to be delivered the morning of the funeral. It was delivered the day before. There were two orders not sure which one was mine but there was one where the flowers looked a little wilted. However the majority looked okay.
