I specifically ordered thru this site because it said it had Sunday delivery - my Grandma's 90th birthday (which I think I also paid for) and then hours later on Friday night I got an email that it would be delivered on Saturday and there was no live person to call.

I had the flowers (lilies and roses) sent to a nursing home in SC. I had to have a relative of the patient send me a picture of the floral arrangement. The picture was a bit blurry, but the relative commented that the flowers were beautiful! I very much appreciate your company's attention to deal! It was important to me that the patient receive something beautiful and awe-inspiring to look at in her final days. Your floral arrangement has exceeded all of my expectations! PLEASE deliver this on time. Thank you! I was glad that the flowers were not delivered late, as a couple of my last orders were not delivered on time. However, I requested that the flowers be delivered today, 4/17 because it was for the recipients birthday and they were delivered yesterday! It worked out because she was home, but she wasn't supposed to be there and that was the other reason I wanted it delivered today. I don't quite understand why we, as a customer, are asked what day we want the flowers to be delivered and then they are NOT delivered on that day. As it was, she was home and was thrilled and said they were lovely which I am pleased about. But if she had not been there, they would have sat outside.
