Sent a floral and fruit basket to my sister who had just been in a bad car accident. She was very impressed with the arrangement and even said she had to have her husband carry it in the house because it weighed so much. I'm glad services like this exist to send love to people I love but do not live by.

Charging 4.99 EXTRA for guaranteed delivery by 12pm is uncalled for...
Then my " guaranteed delivery by noon" wasn't honored. They didn't arrive until close to 1:00 pm. Then the delivery guy called me to get the phone number to get buzzed in so I gave it to him and we hung up. 10 minutes later he called me back and said that he didn't write it down and must have been calling the WRONG number! He admitted he didn't write it down cuz he was driving. So I gave it to him a second time. Over all I am very disappointed in the service. I was planning on using this company often but am no longer interested. I would also like more of a refund then 4.99 ( guaranteed timely delivery)for all the trouble we went through.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
