I was very disappointed with what was sent. I saw them today and they look nothing like what was displayed. The vases were not at all appealing or even close to the picture. The bears were ok but also looked somewhat ragged.
Spoke with representative who was very courteous. For my situation, receiving a premature e-mail asking if the flowers had arrived, when the tracking on the web site showed the company did not have confirmation of delivery yet, was confusing. The flowers were beautiful though, and the option of same day delivery was great.
My package was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. Not "same day" as advertised. Though I was contacted about the issue and apparently will have my bouquet upgraded to a larger size, and an apology note attached, this is still disappointing service.
For just because flowers would be nice not to have to sign them. Making her guess is more fun.

Needed Sympathy flowers on a Sunday and not only did they deliver on Sunday, the price was lower than any other florist I viewed. The flowers was on time, fresh and good looking. Thank you fromyouflowers.

This second order that was received was extremely poor. It was nothing like I ordered. I am highly disappointed this time. Spending this much money, you hope to get what you ordered. If the flower shop can't make the same thing, they shouldn't make them! The roses were completely the wrong color. The flowers were the wrong kind. U specifically ordered those for the lilacs and purple roses. I got hit pink roses which were the worst color and no lilacs. Very unhappy.

First time using this site. I just found out my Godfather is terminally ill. I have decided to send him flowers every week instead of buying flowers at his funeral. My Godfather loves flowers and they make him happy.
