Easy to order and nice pricing. I only rated 1 star because there was not an option of no stars. I paid for same day service and ordered well before the cut off time to receive that service and the flowers were not delivered until after noon the next day. The message on the card did not match what I wrote when I ordered. I called several times before I was finally able to speak to someone in customer service and while I will admit she was courteous and said she would refund the same day service fee, I wanted these flowers to be there when my friend came home from a long hospital stay and that did not happen. I will not be using this service again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
