After recieving order, i was displeased with the arrangement. The flowers were not fresh... Orchids, roses, and others in arrangement came with brown leaves. Needless to say I was less than pleased. However, the timing could'nt have been better... my daughter (recipient) was checking the mail when the delivery man arrived arrived her surprise burthday bouquet. Kudos on the timing.
I was happy with all but the delivery fee, I have ordered from other companies and never paid a delivery fee, esp on top of a weekend fee. That is my only complaint.
