Everything was pretty smooth with the exception of there being no "remove item" option on the review order page. In order to modify my order I had to use the back button to return to the original order page. This was frustrating. Otherwise, the flowers arrived on time! Even though my order was not placed until the evening before, which had me a little skeptical. Thanks for not disappointing.

I was not happy when I placed my order because there was no mention of a $15 "service and handling" fee until after I entered all of my information, chose my flowers and added my credit card. That felt a bit misleading. However, overall I was very satisfied with the effort this company went to in order to FIND my daughter and give her the flowers I ordered to help ease her way through finals week. I gave the wrong address in my order. A polite delivery man called me, said he couldn't find the house. When I realized my mistake and gave him the right address, he delivered the flowers to my daughter within 30 minutes. Very impressed. I ordered the flowers after midnight, yet they arrived by around noon the the next. Thank you.
