My order was a spray for a relative's funeral. It arrived when requested, looked just beautiful, and was exactly as shown on the website. For the size of the arrangement and the type of flowers in it, I felt it was a good value. I would definitely order again through this on-line company.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother today, May 2,2016. I ordered online what is called the "Sugar and Sweet" flower arrangement. I received my confirmation which clearly showed the picture of the item I agreed to purchase. What I received is a lesser option and significantly not as described. I have photos of the differences. I called immediately after receiving the flowers and spoke with a representative who could only offer to pick up the flowers and have me pay additional money to purchase the "deluxe" version. This deluxe version is what was portrayed in my order confirmation, yet not what I received. The representative I spoke with agreed that the item represented online is misleading. After 38 plus minutes on the phone I was only offered to receive a $9.80 discount (on a $52.29 purchase) or have the flowers picked up for a full refund. I am completely dissatisfied with the product and service I received. I wanted what I ordered and what I was confirmed as ordering. Instead, my mother received a skimpy, sparse display of affection from her only daughter for Mother's Day.

I ordered a plant that was described and pictured in a shallow dish. However, when the plant was delivered it was in a basket. I clearly chose the arrangement that I did because it was in a dish versus a basket. When I called customer service, I was told that all they could do was refund me 15% back to my credit card. I would have preferred that the plant be done right. I'm not very happy at all.
