I have purchased several floral arrangements ranging from thank you, just because, funeral, mother's day and birthdays. I sent my sister "festive yellow roses" to her office, in Atlanta. All business associates observed this. Here we go: 1) Tuesday Delivered: they came in a box with no water source so they were already stressed. (My sister called to inform you of this at the time of delivery) at least 4 of the roses were already opened with none of them tight as fresh roses should be. 2) Wednesday: Nearly all roses were completely opened! 3) Thursday all but 1 or 2 were completely opened and the greenery was dry...2 roses never opened 4) Friday She took them home as she was working from home. All wide open, small flowers wilted and greenery dry looking. 5) She went ahead and threw away the small daisy like flowers and greenery, cut the rose stems down and put them in a smaller vase so it would look full. Roses have petals falling out and all edges have wilted and browned. Delivery to pitiful...4 days! As of today, Monday, thrown out! All pitiful and didn't even last 1 week. Come on...you guys can do better than this! I wish my sister could get a fresh, properly water sourced, 2nd arrangement to make up for this pitiful one. With all respect, Suellen

I'm a little disappointed the arrangement was mark at 46$ something when I went to check out it said 59.99$.It should of been 46$ then the discount. Also the arrangement was very small was expecting a bigger piece for what I paid.
I like that I can order and have it delivered the following day. So far, the baskets have always been nice and fresh. The only complaint that I have is that when I went to the site this time, the basket I picked was on sale, but by the time I logged in and went back to the page, the basket was at full price again. I wasn't happy about that.

The amount with the coupon was the exact same as WITHOUT the coupon. My billing info was asked for twice (Paypal and on the fromyouflowers site) so I'd better not be charged twice. I'm left feeling this is a dodgy experience, at best. The order arrived. The flowers looked like they were "placed" rather than "arranged" in the vase. I may need to buy stems and make and deliver my own arrangements in town after this.:-(

I can't begin to express how very disappointed I am with the company. After the passing of a family member, I was entrusted with ordering flowers for the funeral. I ordered them online, from From You Flowers, even paying extra to ensure they were delivered before the scheduled funeral time. The flowers NEVER ARRIVED! To make matters worse, they sent a delivery confirmation... I tried calling over and over, only getting an actual person on the line one time, whom informed me she couldn't help me... And proceeded to transfer me to a line that was disconnected. This establishment is a total scam and what they're doing is absolutely UNFORGIVABLE! Please, do not fall victim to this company! We can never get back the fact that there were no flowers at the funeral... This was yet another blow at an already heart wrenching time for out family. SHAME ON YOU, FOR YOU FLOWERS!
The shipping seemed a bit much, but a credit was given after this purchase. I liked the personal service when I called to clarify the shipping address. Very helpful, courteous, and FAST!
I ordered one bouquet of flowers for $29.00, reviewed my order twice and accepted the chafe of $59.00. As I hit the checkout button it changed to $99.00. Too late to change
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
