Best pricing and selections for all occasions! However, when the product was received, it was some what similar to the picture. Because it was for Mothers Day, I picked the product for the beautiful pinks and purples. My mother received yellow roses, white glads and a touch of pink. I was disappointed in the colors the florist choose.
Product not as impressive as the web site showed and I chose to upgrade to the premium. I thought it would be closer to the picture. Not sure if I will use them again.
Very Professional and helpful
Flowers sent to my daughter in GA were wilted and some were died, very sub-standard. The bow wrapped around the vase was dirty with smudges on it. I was embarrassed that my daughter received these flowers. Whatever company delivered those flowers should NOT be used again. What a waste of my money!
Handling charges were a little high, I thought
Fromyouflowers has a nice selection of offerings and it's great they have so many same day selections. Their prices are still a little higher and the website resets my choices too often.

I needed to cancel my order but couldn't get anyone on the phone for hours (I kept giving up after waiting on hold for over 5 mins each time,) so I sent 2 emails. Never got a response from the company after AFTER the order was delivered and it was wrong (that's why I needed to cancel!) When I finally talked to a rep (after 6 minutes on hold) she told me to remember that there's a holiday and they're very busy. Too busy to provide decent customer service? I can't help having to send flowers to a hospital right before a holiday! The company probably good enough, unless you need customer service. Supposedly the florist will pick up the arrangement and I'll get a refund. Not too much confidence about that...

Thank you so much fromyouflowers.com for the arrangement that was delivered for my mother-in-law's birthday, great job and good value for the price and what she received, my only complaint is that I paid for expedited services to ensure she got the flowers before noon yesterday, so to my knowledge they were not delivered yesterday, or if they were it was after the designated time as she txt us today to thank us for the flowers, so it could be a mishap on the school ( as she's a teacher) and she simply was not notified yesterday that flowers arrived for her at the front office on time in the morning. Checking online using the tracking number was not helpful and only prompted an automatic response from the website and I called as well and spoke to customer service and by that time it was too late in the day and they could not get ahold of the florist to see if it had been out for delivery or not. My only suggestion is please make it easier for us gifting flowers to our loved one's to notify us / let us know when delivery has been made, the automated e-mail said wait 24/48 hours before e-mailing/contacting atyouflowers.com which if this was to be delivered for say an anniversary or someone's actual birthday it would ruin it not being delivered on time, otherwise great job fromyouflowers.com and good pricing for what you get. Overall 4 star rating, one star knocked off for lack of delivery feedback/communication :)
Very difficult to enter in promotion codes, had to replace order start over to get it right. Cannot apply multiple promotion codes marketing scheme.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
