The 800 call in number (actually 855) to deal with a post order issue is an absolute JOKE! I wanted to slightly modify my delivery instructions. I waited over 20 minutes to speak with a customer service rep. Only to be told, after hearing the same interminable prerecorded message dozens of times that my call was "very important" and that a rep soon would speak with me, that once the order had been placed there was nothing that could be done! So, I naively ask, why do you have that customer service number? Outrageous and appalling!

So far shopping for flowers was easy off the website. The flowers arrived on time and in great condition as shown on the website. The only reason I gave two stars for the products/service was due to the fact that I ordered a balloon with the order and the balloon was not delivered. I immediately contacted via their email address and received a super nice note saying they would refund the balloon price to my credit card. I feel certain it was overlooked from the vendor who delivered the flowers. However, the flowers were gorgeous and I will order from them again.

I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing my mom Mother's Day flowers from here. I live in Florida and sent flowers to my mom in Georgia. I went up there this past weekend for a funeral and finally saw the flowers. I ordered premium arrangement and the arrangement they sent looked to be regular or deluxe. It wasn't the look of what the picture had for their premium arrangements. Called customer service and was waiting more than 15 minutes for someone to pickup. When they did, I was transferred and was on hold so long I hung up. I sent an email and they wanted me to literally count the number of flowers in the vase so they could have a more detailed understanding of what I received verses what I ordered. They want to give me a $10 gift certificate towards my next purchase because I didn't give a detailed description on how the bouquet looked as well as the number of flowers. Today, I am calling and I do not care about how long I'm on hold. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

This was the best experience I have incurred with a 800 flowers type delivery. I could not be more satisfied. They delivered what I ordered and they followed through to not only make sure it was delivered, they sent a tracking # to follow the delivery as well as a follow up to the customer satisfaction!
