The delivery fee should have been noted or discounted straight up. The flowers arrived and were delivered, but several stems were broken and the flowers had to be removed. It is still pretty, but not worth what I had to pay for it.

My ordering experience was great. The web site was easy to see what you had and to move along in ordering. I cannot comment on the arrangement. I did not see it and will not have an opportunity to see. I have to trust that it was equal to the cost. Thank you.
My complain #1 is the voicemail message. I was on hold forever and the voice recording is so annoying, comes out loud & repetitious like every 20 seconds!
My complain #2 is the size of the delivered flowers. Paid for the large premium one (most expensive), when I saw the 2 flower sprays we ordered are smaller than the rest of the flowers there. Both sprays looked like medium size, no comparison with the bigger sprays beside it. The banners that we paid are hiding underneath the flowers, cannot be read at one glance!
The flowers were for my daughter. She loved them.

I ordered the flowers on Monday, May 9th for Wednesday, May 11th delivery. The flowers did not arrive until Monday May 16th. I am very disappointed in either this website or the florist this website used.
You should really send these surveys to the recipients, as I just sent the flowers to the daughter's residence of the deceased, so I never knew she received them until she emailed me a couple of weeks later.
First of all I order my flowers 3 days before mother's day using their "flex" delivery, meaning it would come either a day early or the day of. That's fine.
Come to find out the flowers were NEVER DELIVERED.

Great communication! When the flowers I ordered couldn't be delivered on time, they sent me an email indicating the new delivery date and why the flowers couldn't be delivered on time. I can't ask for any more than that. I'll keep From You Flowers in mind for future orders.

I have ordered flowers a couple times from "fromyouflowers.com" and have been very satisfied with the service and the receivers said the flowers were beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
