I had my best friend flowers delivered to the school she works at and they couldn't find it. Flowers were delivered a whole day late ruining my surprise for her birthday! Never again!
Experience was easy and helpful and my friend the very pleased with her fruit.
I must say, your web site is very easy to navigate around, thank you for that. However, in order to get the free shipping that you offered, I had to up-size my flower arrangement. When it arrived, I was ashamed to admit that I ordered this for my daughter. It was very small for the amount of money that I had to spend. I will not be using your service again
I ordered arrangements to be sent to my mother and mother in law for Mother's Day and both arrangements arrived looking nothing like the what I ordered online. My mother's arrangement looked like the left over flowers got shoved in a small vase and included lillies which I specifically chose an arrangement that didn't have any because she is allergic to lillies. My mother in laws had none of the same flowers in it as I chose online and I had paid extra for a mason jar vase which it did not arrive with. I contacted the company and they did send new arrangements and refund a little money but when the new arranmemts arrived my mother in laws still didn't have the same flowers as pictured. I appreciated their effort to fix the issue but don't my mothers didn't get the arrangements for Mother's Day and don't advertise arrangements online if the florists you distribute orders to can't replicate and send the arrangements ordered
Ordered 2 arrangements on the same day, 1 for daughter in law to be delivered on the same day as ordered the other to be delivered later. Both Arrangements work delivered as ordered and as pictured on the website. Both recipients we're extremely pleased with the flowers. I will definitely use this florist again.

I was a little disappointed the flowers were delivered so late (4:30-5:00pm). I guess I should have paid an extra $4.99, to get them there before noon. Overall I liked the arrangement and the picture was very close to the actual arrangement.
Everything was till the time Flowers delivered few points to note
1) additional fee is added at the end of the order but I was ok with the fees but I feel it will be better if u disclose the fees in earlier stages of the order
2) I had ordered for my anniv Even though the flower and package left the shipper facility in San Ramon at 8:23 am it was not delivered till 6:30 pm in the eve Very disappointing!
3) the chocolates that was ordered was all melted when it was opened by the receiver.
Overall I felt for additional 20$ I could have a better service from local flower shop. The delivery from ups is total disater specially if you are in flower delivery business as it needs to be handled in a better way!

I ordered the Premium Purple Morning Melody and I received 6 pink roses and a tall vase. The picture showed a dozen purple roses with a square vase.

By 3:30pm I called and sent texts about where delivery to my sister in law was. They got delivered shortly thereafter. Person on phone was not very helpful.
The flowers turned out to be very nice which was lovely, the customer service reached out which was appreciated, my bigger issue is still the $15 service fee you "hide" until check-out--people at the top-you're not hiding anything you just tick off the customer at the end of the purchase, just be upfront and have the $15 pre-loaded in your cart like "no matter what we're charging this fee that can't be explained" or "a fee that we didn't want to build into the cost of the flowers" or "fee for having someone put the flowers together, because that other price you saw.yea that was just flower COST + mark-up" --transparency goes a long way in gaining respect-which I don't really have for your website.
I've ordered flowers several times from you before and have always been completely satisfied. This time I ordered for my mother's birthday, and was greatly disappointed in the flowers she received.She sent me a thank you picture and it was disappointing. I ordered a larger size of the prepared by local florist option thinking this would be creative and special. It was not. I am ordering a plant for my best friend today, her mother in law passed last night. Your website is a wonderful option for any occasion, as we do have family and friends across the country. In the future I will always select one of your other, always beautiful, bouquets.

I only ordered one bouquet of flowers, but with the order form ended up with two which I didn't want. Also charged for two instead of the one I really wanted. Will never order again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
