I chose the Florist's arrangement and was unsure of what the flowers would look like. They were a surprise gift for my coworker -- I was emailed a picture, and the arrangement looked okay... I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from them. My Mom had done a lot for me over the last week, and my friend suggested to send her some flowers to say thank you. She did tell me to go to a local florists site, because a lot of Flower Delivery sites are scammers. This happens to be one of them. You call their "Help" line and it rings for over 30 minutes, and the automated voice keeps saying please hold your call is important. It's obviously fake. I have seen on some of the reviews that some people get their flowers, or just get their money back. Anyone that decides to read this... DO NOT order from them. You're going to get $40-$100 pulled out of your Bank Account, those flowers will never go to your loved ones and you will never get your money back. DON'T DO IT.
And for From You Flowers, you're probably just a group of people scamming individuals and some people don't have an income to be supplementing fraud and scam. That's so disrespectful and I highly doubt anyone of you that read this will care therefore, what you're doing is so rude and beyond disrespectful. Karma's a $#*!.
Basket couldn't be delivered exactly when i wanted it to, but the customer service was excellent. They upgraded the basket and gave me a credit towards another one. Definitely will be using again!
I had my best friend flowers delivered to the school she works at and they couldn't find it. Flowers were delivered a whole day late ruining my surprise for her birthday! Never again!
