Didn't have a location for special instructions. I called and an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant agent was able to slightly customize my order. We're waiting for the buds to open so we can see the full glory of the arrangement. It should be stunning.

The photo of Sweetheart Rose Bouquet on your site provided has many flowers that are pink while mine were a mix of yellows and a few pink ones as seen in this photo http://imgur.com/WfIX3qH, not what i was expecting to be delivered.

My friend liked the flowers a lot. (I was expecting more flowers in the bouquet, though, as i ordered the flowers based on the pictures published on the webpage). The quality and the set-up was looking great and this counts more then tons of flowers that won't last longer then 2 days.

Very quick answers to questions and overall a great experience. Will order more in the future.

Very simple and easy. I was surprised by the quick delivery. I did not order the early delivery because I didn't want to spend the extra $4.99 but the flowers were still delivered in a very timely manner. The flowers were ordered around 7am and they were delivered by 11am. I haven't personally seen the flowers that were delivered but my wife said they were in very good shape and were very pretty. If I need to order flowers again, I will be using the same company!
