It was a fast and easy way to send flowers to a friend in IL when I live in NC. I was surprised that the delivery cost more than the flowers.
I realize that not all florists are supplied with the same stock, however this purchase did not come as pictured on your site as it was advertised.
I paid extra 2.99 to have my flowers delivered within 4 hours and they weren't delivered until the next day.

I used fromyouflowers.com service, and that was awesome. The flowers were exactly the same as photo and they were really nice and beautiful. In fact for a moment I decided to cancel my order but I am really happy I didn't and in future fromyouflowers.com will be my first choice.

Very easy to order online. And the people I send flowers to are always happy with what arrives.
HOWEVER, today when the person delivered the flowers he knocked once and didn't wait long enough for my elderly friend to come to the door. He just left the flowers outside in the open, in front of her apartment door. I think that they should at least ring or knock several times before they just leave the order sitting where anyone can get it.

I like the next day delivery.
I purchased a flower arrangement and teddy bear for my daughter who had a baby... The arrangement didn't arrive even after I got an email saying it was delivered. I called, was on hold for 15 minutes before I could talk to anyone. Then was put on hold so they could call the florist... Another 5 minutes goes by and I am told the florist didn't pick up. They would send them a message and get back to me... Hours later I haven't heard anything so I call again... Another 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone... Same course of action only to be told the florist didn't pick up... My order was supposed to be up sized for my inconvenience and delivered the next day. The delivery was finally made and was NOT up sized and looked nothing like what I ordered and was puny!
Flowers were sent to our son and daughter-in-law in Pennsylvania for their 3rd anniversary. They were pleased with the flowers.
The first order was horrible! I called and complained and a new florist sent a better arrangement.
However, the fact that I had to go through this made me a none returning customer.
Was not delivered on date that was originally given even though it was ordered the night before and person to be delivered to was home all day.
Our granddaughter, who just turned 3, LOVES her beautiful flowers, and I have a photo to prove it :)
The flowers were beautiful and arrived before noon as requested.
I will be better able to assess once the flowers are delivered. The basket delivered looked so cheap. I was embarrassed they were not more like the advertised container.
