I ordered the deluxe version for my sister and she sent me a photo of the flowers when she received the delivery. It was not deluxe and had a woeful number of flowers. 3 sunflowers and a couple of other flowers that didn't show through the 3 sunflowers. The bouquet was pitiful and I was very disappointed.

My order was received and they were lovely flowers and delivered on the birthday due date as a gift. My daughter was delighted with the flowers, chocolates, helium balloon and card.

It was to let my daughter know I was thinking of her. She wasn't home for her birthday. That did not happen because she received it several days too late. Not happy at all

I tried to call customer service, but was on hold for far too long...never spoke to anyone. The plant I ordered was delivered in a timely manner, but was smaller than I expected for the "Deluxe" package.

Was quick and easy lots to choose from...I was not the recipient but received the confirm email that it was delivered which was a priority for us because our Aunt has cancer and her birthday is Thursday and was in hospice so we wanted to be sure it would get there quickly to make her day and give her a smile. Thank you for a great service!

Absolutely terrible service. Promised delivery on Sunday then emailed and said they can't deliver. I said please deliver on Monday. No delivery by 4pm. Called and after a long wait a representative said they would be delivered shortly. By 7:30 still no delivery and called again. And was told no delivery on Monday. Cancelled the order.if I could give them less than one star I would.

I did get a phone call and the recipient seemed pleased with the flowers.

Should be told ahead of time about the service and handling fee. If order is going to same address it should be a little cheaper. Items look a little different than the pictures but over all satisfied.
