Ok so far. Hidden 14.99 fees, but promised delivery in a 4 hour window and made it with an hour to spare. Flowers were beautiful.

He got the it on time, the only thing is I ordered a wrong item which is so confusing, because I thought it's a real cake designed with a fresh flowers but sadly it's just a flower that cannot eat. And I ordered extra 1 balloon but that balloon didn't came so I feel so bad about it.

I paid an expediting fee to have the order delivered by noon. I purposely stayed home, waiting for the delivery because I didn't want the flowers sitting out in the heat. By 12:30, still no flowers so I called customer service and was told the delivery would arrive by 3pm. Not too happy because it wasted my entire afternoon. Was told I'd be refunded the expedite fee and sent a $10 gift card.

It didn't have the purple wrap as shown on the picture when I ordered it. I also thought the premium would be bigger.
