The delivered product was gorgeous (the friend who received them raved), and everything was delivered on time (and I was kept up to date about the delivery). The regular price for what I bought was reasonable, but they had a special going, and for what I paid, it was an EXCELLENT value! According to what I've read, they do have these specials every once in awhile, so... Anyway, I highly recommend "From You Flowers"! Give them a try!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
