Ordered a beautiful vase( desert scene vase with plant) that would match the decor and they received a frog vase with little foliage for a housewarming gift very tacky. How do we fix this?

The flowers were delivered yesterday I was thinking from a local florist, but they came UPS and they were wilted. They were delivered at 9:20 a.m. and my Mom got them right away. She put them in water immediately hoping they would snap back but 18 hours later they have not. Very disappointed for the price I had to pay.
Though a bit pricey, the arrangement was lovely and as pictured. Recipient was very pleased.

Order was to have been delivered in the morning, for which I paid an extra fee; it was not delivered until mid-afternoon. Although quite lovely, it was different than what was pictured. Actually, even fuller and lovelier. I was told I will be reimbursed the $4.99 fee, thank you. The recipient was quite pleased with her bouquet, too!
