I'd prefer if the price were all inclusive. After adding Shipping and Handling the price doubled. It seems deceitful. Just tell me the bottom line up front. The total price was a lot more expensive. I would have bought anyway but jeez.

My friend said the flowers were beautiful. I asked what color the vase was and she said clear. I really wanted her to receive the purple vase as that's her favorite color. But she was very pleased with the flowers.
Completely dissatisfied with the service received. Order was placed at 8:14 am Friday Morning. I paid the $4.99 to have the flowers delivered within 4 hours, understanding this could technically be by 12:14 so I called to ask if it was possible to have the order delivered by 11 am as the recipient was leaving unexpectedly at 12. The lady told me she could certainly do that. She was going to call the florist and send an email. At 11:43 I called to check the status as a coworker of the recipient said no flowers had arrived yet. When the gentlemen answered the phone he was laughing with others in the background. I was then informed my order had not been sent because they were waiting for approval from me to change some of the flowers. I asked when he or they had planned on contacting me as it was 11:43 and I was told the order would arrive by 11. I can't hardly approve something I'm not made aware of. He said they had just received the order that morning so they were working on things, I asked what time that morning they received the order to contact me regarding the change of flowers, he finally said at 11. I then asked him how often they check their orders and contact people and was told as needed. As needed? So if you received the order at 11 and I called at 11:43, when were they planning on contacting me? Had I not called, the flowers would have been delivered on time (as requested and told was possible) and not received until Monday which would have completely defeated the purpose of why flowers being sent is so important in situations of the recipient. I wanted to talk with the Florist, not the call center who I could hear was being coached on how to answer my questions. I was not rude, I did not yell, I told him it was not his fault. Just explained to him that I would like to understand their process because I'm going to be very hesitant on every placing an order through you again. He did not have much to say, there was no explanation of the time-range on why I was not contacted sooner. I'm sure this will be deleted, that that is ok. My only intentions here are hopes of someone higher up reading this and learning that because of this service...laughing as a call was answered, being coached on how to answer a customer's questions, having no explanation for what had happened. I will never place an order here again. I will only order flowers thru Gundersen's Florist as I know they will be delivered as expected as they understand someone receiving a delivery is so so so important for those struggling and needing a thinking of you. I hope this feedback will be used constructively to better your service as I was super excited on how easy it was to place the order and personalize the message with just a few clicks, unfortunately, poor customer service and overall customer satisfaction trumps any type of convenience when one feels they were dealt with inappropriately.
Customerservice called and left a voicemail stating i did not have the street address on my order and asked my to call them back. I called and got the loop recording that said you are important to us for fifteen minutes. Jose finally answered and i could not understand him due to his mumling. He wanted the order number so i gave him the number Jamie had left on the voice mail. He said it was not correct which i found had two numers reversed by jamie. I went and found the number i had wrote down when i placed my order and it worked. Jose put me on hold and after sometime it finally got straightened out. Jose was not friendly and should not be in customer service. I was on the phone for 37 + minutes. I put the shipping address in three times when I placing my order.
They left cake pops (chocolate icing) on a hot porch when no one was home. What a disappointment.

Great website easy check out service. However, I ordered flowers for my moms 65th birthday at the premium price with balloons to be delivered before 12 noon to the restaurant where we were having our bday party which did not arrive until 2pm with no balloons and the arrangement looked like the basic starting point. I had family members asking me where the flowers were for surprise gift. I had to call and they had to follow up with the florist and said they were out for delivery but no time frame. I had called earlier this morning to confirm order and delivery before noon as requested. I was told everything was coming together and would be there before noon. So now I am to be refunded for delivery lateness and no balloons, but it took the whole excitement out of my surprise for my moms 65th bday. I will not be recommending this service in the future. And nor will I be using this service in the future. It is a complete shame that the wedsite is so user friendly but the actual service can not produce what it garuntees. I work in retail and I am not one to be sooo disappointed that I voice my opinion, but for my moms 65th it just can not go unsaid about my complete honest experience.
I like that there is the option shop without creating an online account and still get a discount as I don't like saved billing information online.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
