Not happy with service, requested it to be same day delivery and it was not fulfilled. I was not called by your company to advise of this, I had to follow up to confirm if the flowers were delivered. Very disappointed as had to confirm receiver was going to be home the next day, thus was not a surprise. Will go with USAA Teleflora next time.[

I was very satisfied with the delivery time and the product that was delivered. The flowers were beautiful and made my daughter very happy.
Wouldnt let me order at advertised price of 29.99 and the error message was hard to see.
Flowers were beautiful, customer service was great, unfortunately the custom vase is a bit mis leading. It appears to be a custom vase, but it's really a clear glass/cup with a piece of "water proof" paper, so that was disappointing and i thought I was getting a good deal, with something custom/personal. I would not have gotten it had I known what it would turn out to be.

I like your baskets. I would have liked the option of a fruit/veg combo basket in local or organic. Otherwise, the fruit was plentiful & fresh. I am stunned at the wide variety of fruit in the basket & I will absolutely be ordering again.
Other than the late delivery, customer service was great.
I wish there was an easy way to let the florist know concerns. My aunt is elderly and printing large on the card is essential or she cant read it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
