This is the first time they sent my flower order using UPS. They arrived on the correct date, however they looked like I bought the flowers from a corner vendor and stuck them in a vase that was not the right height. It wasn't an arrangement by any means. Very disappointed. This is not the quality or level of service that I have experienced in the past and will be hesitant to continue using this company in the future.
Everything was great the flowers were beautiful. I think the chocolate was a little overpriced for the little bit of chocolates they send you also an error on a letter was made on the card and they wrote over the letter with a different letter trying to fix the word which ended up making it look a bit sloppy, next time they should get a new card and start over if there is ever any error on any letters when writing out the card but besides that everything was excellent and i appreciate everything thank you!Would definitely recommend to others
The website looks great but the plant received was COMPLETELY UGLY and not what I saw on the website. I could have got a better plant at Walmart 1/4 of the price I paid. The plant basket I ordered showed at least 5 different plants and what was delivered it only contained one plant in a cheap container. It was not valued the price I paid.
I don't want to order any more flowers from this company! I'm still embarrassed by the extremely small and cheap-looking arrangement they sent.

The recipient received the flowers yesterday. According to your website, they were supposed to be delivered same day, which would have been Monday. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with your service and would definitely order again.
I paid extra for same day delivery but they weren't received until the next day, AND looked nothing like what I took 30 minutes to pick out. Will ALWAYS call a florist directly from now on.
