I was having trouble with the website and I called and the person who answered had little interest in helping me and no customer service skills.
The picture that was advertised of the bouquet I choose was nothing like the flowers that my Mom received. She sent me a picture. The flowers looked droopy and I would not have chosen to buy them if they were the last bouquet in the store! I felt a bait and switch happened here. I don't know if I will ever use this service again.

My sister was not home when the florist attempted to delivered the order. They called to set up an alternate delivery time. They ended up giving them to a neighbor and called to inform my sister where they were and to call if there was any problem. Outstanding customer service.

I was expecting a little larger basket considering the products that were inside. I'm not sure what the profit margin is but I really think it could have been larger for the price. I paid $72 for snacks and looking at the basket I would be surprised if it is valued at $25-30 tops. I ordered for same day delivery and it didn't arrive until the next day. I was given $15 off future purchase which I feel it should have been taken off the current purchase. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience just disappointing.
