I paid extra to have my flowers delivered within 4 hours of ordering -- which is what made me decide on this website. They were delivered 8 hours after I ordered them & my little granddaughter did not get the Good Luck flowers I sent her until after she returned from her dance recital. I was disappointed.

The steps to order are awesome, however the quality of the product that was delivered vs that of what was pictured on the website where significantly different. I understand that it wouldn't be exactly the same, however, the Deluxe order with balloons that was delivered wasn't remotely close...way fewer flowers and the balloons didn't match...not pleased at all for a $70 order. I would have been pleased to pay the price if the product was what I thought I was paying for...
Pretty easy to navigate, still wish was a little more affordable for lower income people that only have family in different states and have to ship gifts. Still grateful for free shipping today though.

I couldn't find exactly what i wanted but i found something that was just as good for my husband after surgery as just a little get well. There was a coupon offered for free delivery so that was a relief and made it much easier to make my choice. The delivery made it on time just barley and there was no response to my email when tracking showed no order was plsced but over all I will order again.
