Great deal, easy to order! I was surprised that the delivery charge was so high! Almost as much as the flowers themselves. BUT my mom (recipient) said they were so fresh and beautiful she loved them! She did mention that they were wrapped so well it took her half an hour to get the box open.but she is 97, so that could account for it! Thanks, she was thrilled!

I ordered the multi pastel roses for a friend's birthday. Normally I would take her to dinner but due to the Covid19 I felt it wise not to. Instead I sent her the roses and she loved them.

The flowers that I sent my sister for her birthday looked like I spent about $10! It was supposed to be a florist arranged bouquet, but was a very small vase a small amount of flowers! I spent $37 for nothing! I will never use your company again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
