The picture of the bouquet on the website was NOT what was received. Many LESS flowers. I ordered the deluxe bouquet. It had half the flowers that showed on the website. It was disappointing. But I did like the balloons. The site only allows you to pick one color balloon. But you were wise enough to use two colors which looked really good. Thank you. Overall, the recipients were very happy with the flowers. I was amazed at your speedy delivery.

Your prices are rather high especially considering I'm not so sure about how sustainable and ethical your flowers and importing procedures are.
Are there certain dyes or chemicals used on the flowers? Are any of these potentially harmful to children, adults, pets? Are the people and workers from the places you obtain or import flowers from treated fairly?
If you are making efforts in these areas, these may be points to pride your company on. It would be helpful to see more information shared on each bouquet's web link. Many consumers, including myself, favor, support, and return to companies that are transparent about their products and practices, and those who continuously work to improve standards and procedures to become more ethical and sustainable. If this were the case, the relatively high prices (or even higher for certain bouquets) would seem much more reasonable and justifiable.
Additionally, although very beautiful, the bouquet arrived later than the promised time (after 5 pm instead of before 5 pm).

Flowers are almost dead
At first I was excited that I could add a photo to the case and the different arrangements. It didn't arrive until 8 pm and the 'photo vase' was a piece of paper that wasn't even on the glass vase and the lillies weren't even bloomed. I'm beyond upset with the price I paid for what they got.

To be very honest, this is the 2nd time I have placed an order with you guys. I was soooo happy with the first arrangement, I did not hesitate to come back. My sister took a picture of the arrangement & posted it to her Facebook page so I could see it. Absolutely beautiful! I was thrilled with the artistry & my sister was soooo happy, she couldn't stop saying the scent of the roses were intoxicating. Thank you so much from a very happy customer & recipient!
They didn't come until after 5. As it was a Birthday present it would have been nice for them to arrive earlier. Other than that everything was ok.
