The flowers should have been delivered on Sunday, June 19. My husband received a phone call the following day(June 20) at 10 a.m., saying that they couldn't get into the building as of 8 a.m. that morning.
He should have been notified on the 19th that there was an issue. Instead, they did not contact him until the 20th. By then the flowers were late, and he didn't receive them until after he got home from work on the 20th. I am very disappointed.

I have placed 2 orders this week for different occasions and both recipients were very pleased and both orders looked amazing. They were also delivered with in the promised time and earlier in the day which made sure that the person was there and able to enjoy their amazing surprise. Since writing the above I did a second order 2 days later. I had sent a regular bouquet called "Rose and Lily Lemonade Bouquet" on the first order. Just talked to the young lady who received them and she sent a picture - she said they were beautiful - striking in color and cheery. So on the 2nd order I sent the same bouquet but ordered the premium.
I also appreciate you wanting to confirm that the individual I sent the flowers to did received them.

Shipping an handling was a lil high, I have to see how the delivery goes an see if my mom likes the flowers...my mom loved the flowers. But they looked way smaller then the picture.
Would never order from you again. I cancelled my order because of lack of communication between the florist and yourselves. The order was messed up when it was taken over the phone got it corrected and then I was told that everything would be taken care of and it was not. Very disappointing.
Flowers were pretty but I ordered without a vase and I will never do that again. They do not put enough filler to make the arrangement look pretty when you put them in a vase but I think spending an extra $7 for a vase is ridiculous!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
