Love the selection. The last person I sent flowers to using this site, loved the flowers! Her father had passed and the flowers were a condolence gift. She loved them and said the vase they came in was beautiful and could be kept for decor in her home.

Flowers were entered on 6/18 to be delivered on 6/19. An extra charge was agreed to have flowers delivered by noon on the 19th. Someone called on the 19th to let us know they could not get a delivery that date - would I be okay with the next day delivery. The extra delivery charge was not even offered to be credited. Told them yes but that they need to be delivered before noon. I was assured so. The flowers were not delivered until close to 1:00 as she was being checked out of the hospital. The flowers were beautiful and included an apology for not getting to her the day before. However, the balloon I paid extra for was pretty much deflated. Do, overall, not a good experience.

I've ordered from your website about 3-4 times so far because I find it convenient and easier to navigate than other websites. I also have seen how beautiful the flower arrangements are in person. My only complaint is price. It starts out reasonable because what you don't realize is the price you see first is for small or average size arrangements and you don't know that there are deluxe versions too so I become insecure and think the smaller size might look cheap so then I upgrade to deluxe, then I'm debating whether to upgrade to a nicer vase and before you know it the flowers that are on sale for a discount of $36 now becomes $71.
This won't stop me from ordering but I won't order as many times as I would like to throughout the year. It ends up cheaper to buy a present instead.
Shipping is very pricey.
They sent a different basket than what I had ordered with fruit in it instead of meat/crackers like it said under the item description. This was false advertisement and I am very disappointed that what my dad received for Father's Day wasn't things he liked.
The teddy bear isn't just for little kids, the 89 year old who received it loved it.
Flowers came on time.
The actual flower that was delivered had purple flowers substituted instead of the pale yellowish colored ones pictured in the website so it didn't really match the orangey red gladeolas in the arrangement. If something was going to be substituted, it would have been nice if it was in the same color scheme.

I love your flowers, but I am always disappointed when you have a special, it doesn't include the vase and if it is free shipping the prices are higher. The end amount is always about the same. So your special, is not really special

Very pleased with the pricing and the service
While I appreciate the steps taken to fix the error on my order, I am not happy with the quality or time it took for these flowers to be delivered. I paid expediting and same day fees each on two separate orders to have them delivered for a family member who just found out she had breast cancer. One order was not delivered the promised day at all, but I was upgraded to the next size and refunded for any additional delivery charges. The other order arrived but looked nothing like the picture of the bouquet I selected. The vase wasn't even close to what I ordered, nor the color of the flowers. On another note, the cards were switched, causing much confusion and disappointment on more than one sender's behalf. Although it wasn't a completely awful situation, I will not order from this website again due to so many errors on two very very simple orders. 1-800 Flowers has never disappointed, and I am willing to pay their prices for quality and on time deliveries.

Paid for noon delivery and it didn't happen. I called at 1:30 and they said the flowers would be delivered in 30 minutes. The florist called my girlfriend at the hotel she works at (flowers were supposed to be a surprise) to "make sure" she would be available to sign for them since she was the only one who could sign for them. She's very busy at work everyday and she delayed starting a couple large projects she needed to do so she could be available. The flowers were given to the concierge at 3pm with no phone call. Horrible experience. Never using this service again.
It is 111 degrees out and the delivery person didn't wait for the person to come to the door.nor did they call me with approximate delivery time as the delivery instructions said they would...since the flowers came with Godiva chocolates...and considering the heat.the recipient luckily had a dog that alerted them someone was at the door!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
