For the amount of money I spent I was expecting more roses--only got 6- the picture on the website is very deceiving. When I went back and read the descriptions you had yourself covered but I was going by the picture (bad me) but in my mind that is what I was expecting. The receiver is happy but has no idea what was spent or what I was expecting. I feel like I wasted 60+ dollars on 6 roses. The roses were large and fully open and will not be around for more than a few days. I realize some was for delivery but still 50 for 6 and I got ten dollars off with the online coupon or I would have paid over 70 dollars! Delivery was perfect. Presentation was great.

The flowers that I sent to my friend for her birthday were beautiful. However, I paid extra for expedited shipping to receive before noon and the flowers did not arrive until after 1:00. Next time I will not pay the extra fee.

It was very user friendly and good until the handling fee showed up at the end without notice.
After order placed, received call from florist the next day stating I needed to pay an additional $10. They couldn't take the additional payment over the phone, and said the flowers could not be delivered until I paid the website from which I ordered. Florist eventually delivered in couple of days, and the recipient was most appreciative. But that bump was a little annoying.
Easy and fast but would of liked to receive flowers in better conditions
It came on time but I was disappointed in the " Banner" or rather a lack of a banner. I paid for a funeral banner but it was just for cheap junky words stapled numerous times onto some ribbon. It looked cheap and tacky next to the other flowers. Also my funeral spray was missing bows at the bottom of the stand. All the other standing sprays of flowers had them. Overall I was disappointed. I really wanted my banner to stand out. No wonder it took the funeral director a really long time to find my spray. I called to make sure it arrived before I got there. If the banner was big and written with big bold letters onto a real banner ribbon it would have been easily spotted.
Ordering was easy. Will order again another time if this order is delivered on time.

I ordered daffodils and received something else. If daffodils are not in season they should not be listed on your website. I will not order from you again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
