I hate that you people charge 14.99 for delivery. Its outrageous.
The online part was fine. But the delivery part was terrible. The flowers were delivered 4 hrs late after I paid extra for the guaranteed time.

The selection is excellent and the prices are competitive, but the actual arrangement received may only be as good as the local florist who creates it. I ordered the Clear Blue Skies bouquet for my Father's funeral (blue was his favorite color.) The arrangement was in the square blue vase pictured, but had only 2 small sprigs of purple statice and a somewhat wilted white hydrangea in place of the roses - and I ordered the Premium option. I was very disappointed.

The arrangement made the flowers look sparse. I didn't have a problem with the size of the arrangement (I knew what I was purchasing) but I thought they would be arranged in a way that made good use of the size and still look nice- just on a smaller scale. I would have been satisfied with the price I paid if the arrangement had made better use of the size. This looked like I had put the flowers together myself (I'm not skilled)
The site wide discount is great but then you take it back and then some with handling charge and you don't find that out until checkout. Not happy about that little surprise.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
