I am very dissatisfied with my order. Not only did it get delivered at the very last minute, but it doesn't look like the pictured product. Very dissatisfied customer, will not use this company again.

The flowers pictured in my order were different from the flowers delivered. If you need a specific color maybe a call to confirm the color would be in order. It really didn't matter for my particular order.

The flowers were very pretty, however not what I expected not like the picture. They were crammed into a vase

I thought the price was 24.99 but billed ended up at 47.99. Most shipping than flowers. I understand cost but i little surprise it was that much.
My husband and I celebrated 30 yeaRs I wAnted to put a smile on his face. Thank you for your service.

I ordered the Deluxe version, however I was disappointed to see the bouquet size and arrangement. It did not look like to the picture online and definitely did not look like "Deluxe" to me.

Flowers looked pretty.
I was surprised by the $12 delivery fee. It should be more evident before purchase.

The arrangement was beautiful.

Easy process, flowers arrived on time (same day within 4 hours) of ordering. Flowers looked like picture. Only fee that is a let down was the handling fee of $14 dollars added at time of check out. Other then that great!

The flowers were beautiful and was received rather quickly which is awesome because I did spend extra money for that. I just wish they would not charge extra when they say same day delivery. Otherwise, pretty happy with the company

The service and handling fee seems a bit expensive, but the site is very user friendly. The arrangement delivered turned out better than the photo on the website, but there was a name mispelling on the card.

I was disappointed with the arrangement although my wife was satisfied. Next time I will go to a florist so that I can see in person what I'm buying. The extra expense for a better arrangement wasn't worth it in my opinion.

Really great customer service and especially great delivery timing for next day order, the flowers received were not the exact same as the ones i had ordered online, but were still extremely pretty and made the recepients' day!
