Shipping n handling fee is a Lil high. The only thing I was satisfied with was the delivery time. It didn't look like what I ordered. It looked cheap.

I ordered and paid extra for same-day delivery then told they don't deliver same day. They delivered them the following day, but flowers didn't resemble the photo on website at all -- not as full or alive. Was promised they'd "upgrade" to make it fuller, but they didn't. No bow on vase as illustrated. They offered a $20.00 discount on "next order." No WAY! They should have offered me at least a partial refund.

The arrangement was beautiful and the Birthday balloon was perfect! I did expect the arrangement to have flowers all around, but it was more of a one sided one. The picture we ordered from appeared to be flowers all around. But, it was beautiful just the same and our Birthday Girl was thrilled with it!

This is the second and probably last time I will ship with fromyouflowers.com. Last time my orders were sent to the wrong people (mom received card intended for step mom and was very upset). Since they tried to rectify that order, I figured it couldn't possibly happen again. This most recent order arrived 48 hours later than it was supposed to. I thought the point of specifically selecting flowers for same day delivery meant they would be delivered on the same day. Also, they were one of the least pretty bouquets I have seen. I am highly disappointed and will not only not recommend this site, but will encourage others NOT to shop with them. Very upset that I even spent money on this order. Especially paying extra for same day delivery, which DID NOT HAPPEN!
