Would have liked to have known about $15 fee upfront instead of at checkout. I know this is common, but with such a large fee, customers should know they're about to spend 40-50% more than what they thought.
I really dislike being forced to submit my credit card number before getting a total but I don't have time to start over with a different florist.
Timely delivery. I only saw a photo of the plant, but it looked a little smaller and fewer variety of plants than I was expecting from photo on website. Still very pretty & plants looked healthy. Biggest complaint the privacy issue noted above,

I can't express my disappointment enough for my first and only order from "FromYouFlowers.com". I came to this site looking for an arrangement of flowers to be sent to my wife. It says on the site the flowers are arranged. I didn't want them to be delivered in a box, piecemeal vase, with the picture I uploaded to just be sent, on a sheet of paper for my wife to have to put together herself. I feel cheated because with the added fees this wasn't some cheap order that should be simply slapped together in a box and shipped out. I'll be sure to check the fine print from places when I order. I was not expecting for such a misrepresentation of what I was ordering.
