I can't express my disappointment enough for my first and only order from "FromYouFlowers.com". I came to this site looking for an arrangement of flowers to be sent to my wife. It says on the site the flowers are arranged. I didn't want them to be delivered in a box, piecemeal vase, with the picture I uploaded to just be sent, on a sheet of paper for my wife to have to put together herself. I feel cheated because with the added fees this wasn't some cheap order that should be simply slapped together in a box and shipped out. I'll be sure to check the fine print from places when I order. I was not expecting for such a misrepresentation of what I was ordering.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
