The package was delivered on time and the receiver cried but it wasn't exactly what was ordered. It was supposed to be a basket of 'chocolates' but she mainly received a basket of 'chips' with 3 chocolate bars. When she saw a picture of what was supposed to come she was no longer as pleased.

Terrible experience. It was suppose to be for a special occasion. I thought someone would personally deliver the flowers I didn't know until I called and spoke with someone about tracking that UPS was sending it. UPS dropped off flowers at the office instead of knocking at the door and bout time I recieved the confirmation the apartment office was closed! That defeated the whole process. If I know I couldn't depend on them getting them to her today I wouldn't have spent all that money. Could've went to Walmart n got some flowers myself. It defeated the whole purpose.
My daughter received the gift about 3 hours after the e mail stated that it had been delivered. However, the tracking was more accurate. Nice items, may or may not use again- lots of choices.
