First time shopper here. As long as the gift basket of plants is delivered before 4PM tomorrow, I will be most pleased and rate you highly should I have occasion to purchase here again.

Its difficult to provide a respons about the appearance of the basket, since it went to friends in another state as a sympathy gift.

Easy to place an order

The flowers were purchased for an anniversary... I would have expected the balloons that I purchased to say happy anniversary... they did not

The only thing that made me unhappy was that they couldn't get the order fulfilled on the day requested, but made up for it by making the arrangement bigger. This arrangement was sent to my sister for her 60th bday. She said it was beautiful.

Would like to have had a place to add a note to you. For this order, my sister is allergic to roses and I would prefer no roses in the arrangement. Thanks.

Thank you for delivering promptly

The arrangement was as expected. However, I paid an extra fee for same day delivery before noon, and the arrangement did not arrive on time. The recipient had to return to work to get them after co-workers called them about receiving a delivery. Disappointed.

I paid for a dozen and I only got 9 roses I think is not fair.i will contact customer service

Great timing from time of order to delivery. Overall about 2hrs from time order was placed to time of delivery.

I left this comment when placing my order: "Hopefully this message is read by the florist delivering the flowers. The recipient lives in a gated community, and it is very hot in Beverly Hills these days. They may wish to call before making the delivery." Within two or three hours after placing the order, I received a call from my daughter my who was surprised and delighted to receive them. They were in beautiful condition.

Recipient thought they looked beautiful. I was surprised that the price, once I added a vase would be equal to as regular florists price so just a $5 savings.

Great! Each time I have ordered from youflowers, the flowers have been beautiful and exactly as pictured!

I was not happy that the fresh fruit basket was just left at the front door. My wife happened to call the party we sent the basket to and if she didn't, they would not have know we sent them something. The person said she was home all day, but never heard a door beel ring or someone knock on her front door.
