The Cross flowers were beautiful, but a whole lot smaller than I though by looking at the pictures. If the size was mention, I must have missed it, but overall I was happy with the arrangement. Please make sure the size is listed so no one else with be surprised with the small size for the large price
The flowers were beautiful,and the Basket they were in was a nice surprise. I was happy to see the blue bear for my grandson!
I ordered the Full of Wonder Bouquet because the daisy's were pretty surrounded by the other flowers in the arrangement. I selected the premium selection thinking I would get more of an arrangement. The flowers were nothing similar to the picture listed and the same flowers were not used except for the daisy's. I paid $70 for the arrangement and felt it could have been better for that amount of money. I will definitely not use an online site to order flowers again. I will either go to a local florist or call the florist to tell them exactly what I want.
Problem with checkout, charged me full price when I had a coupon applied. Called in to a rep and they sorted, I haven't seen a refund yet but watching the bank for that.

The flowers looked amazing and we're delivered in less than 4 hours as promised. What wasn't cool is that the flowers were delivered with no water in them because the vase was cracked in transit. No credit, phone call, or apology. There are three simple things that make this transaction a success. On time delivery, the flowers themselves and water/vase that sustains them. Two of those things were perfect. I also was infuriated to see the cost jump $15 without asking, after checkout, because of a handling fee. Please tell people the actual cost before they checkout. My $29 flower order turned to $50 with the click of a button and no warning.
