Surprised the customer service Representative actually responded within the same day of my feedback. That right there is good customer service. The flowers are a bit high priced, but you get what you pay for.

I ordered flowers to be delivered that day. At 7 pm they still had not been delivered. I emailed you and you apologized they could only be delivered until tomorrow. Of course I had to reach out to you to find out why. You assured me they would be there early the next day. My daughter didn't receive them until 2 in the afternoon. The arrangement was pretty but not what I ordered. I chose sunflowers since she loves them, but there was not the first sunflower in the arrangement. I will not order from you again and will definitely not recommend it. I felt the delivery fee was high for the poor service I received.

Thank you. I am a student so maybe would suggest a student discount for students who are interested in sending their parents flowers or gifts because the price was very high for me.
Pros: Ordering flowers for my Aunt's service was very easy and they delivered it before the viewing, very pleased. However, I was disppointed to find out that the flower arrangement was much smaller and the flowers were not as described.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
