As I initially stated the price at checkout was twice the listed price. I did expect some shipping and handling fees but was surprised to pay double the amount. I realize had I bought a more expensive bouquet the service charges would not have increased substantially from what I paid. I was contacted promptly by a customer service rep who informed me that the delivery date I requested could not be met and that they would refund the fee for expediting. Additionally, he offered me a credit towards a future purchase with them. Overall, I'd say they aim to please and their customer service is better than what I expect from an online retailer. They actually called me and I spoke to a human. I didn't have to sift through my inbox to find out if my issue was resolved or even paid any attention. Now that I know what to expect in terms of service charges and fees, I can shop with them more confidently and recommend them to others. Thanks, Matt B.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
