This shop goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. I placed an flower order for my daughter's birthday. I gave a bad address and of course I thought it was a lost cause. The owner called me and asked about the order. I told her about my mess up and she fixed it within a few minutes. End result? The flowers were beautiful and my daughter was very happy.

Easy website to navigate. The flowers I ordered were delivered quickly as promised. I sent them to someone from a different area than myself and they sent me a picture. They looked exactly like the picture I ordered from and were fresh and beautiful. I will definitely use From You Flowers again.

I understand that the appearance of the product ordered will not be a perfect match to the picture shown online. The product delivered was OK but maybe add a couple more green leaves to make it look fuller. Thanks anyway.

When i was told there was a minimum charge to the delivery area, I went to get a new arrangement. There wasn't a way to go back to all of the work that i had done. Ugh! Had to start over.
I thought it was going to be so simple because the website was very easy to use and it gave you a time to order by to have the person get same day delivery. It was extremely important to me that she received these flowers the same day I ordered them, mind you I used this website because they had this option. After a couple of hours of looking at the tracking it changed to the next day for delivery, I called right away. No reason was given and I had to ask for my same day delivery charge back. I also had to change my card wording because it didn't make sense now. I received an email saying sorry its not being delivered today but we will deliver it as soon as possible. I thought everything was resolved. In my mind these flowers would be delivered first thing because that is what the email said, no it wasn't. 1:25 pm in the afternoon is when they were delivered and WITHOUT the balloons I purchased too, and no succulent. This was an almost $70 flower arrangement I want it to look like the picture, it did not. SOOOO disappointing.
