For the 71 dollar premium flower package, it was pretty dismal and small! Didn't look much like the photo at all.
First and formal I just want to start by saying this was the very time I used your company for flowers and I was not satisfied.
This was suppose to be a surprise birthday arrangement but I had to tell after all since the person delivering the flowers didn't want to leave them outside the apartment complex but that's not really bothered me.
It was the fact that I paid $64 for flowers that looked nothing like what I ordered to be quite honest after saying what she received I probably would of picked better flowers had I gone to the market myself and paid way less.
From the image of arrangement that I chose compared to what they received only 1 flower was accurate and it was literally 1pink rose every thing else was not what the description entailed and the colors from that arrangement was why I had selected it for (pink and lavender) but instead they put mix matching colors even added red which did not make sense if you asked me.
I will not be using this service for the future as I felt it was falsely advertised.
Everything was excellent and my daughter sent a pic. It was better than I thought it would be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
