Flower arrangement was beautiful, flowers very fresh, really pleased with what the florist has done. This was for the funeral and in rural area so I was very nervous. But it turned about absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!

Well sticker shock to see a $14 handling charge trumped up on the order. Also i picked a day that had no delivery fee - but you added one anyway

The arraignment was cute to the point of being boring, daises in a smiley face cup [not the promised vase] white and yellow and BORING. Yes it was florist choice, but your picture for that has some vibrant colors.

Price - disappointing - why hide the handling charge
Flowers - boring

This is the last chance I will give. Every time I have ordered flowers there have been issues at one point or another. Be it the delivery "guarantee" I paid extra for not arriving for a week after the date I selected. Substitute arrangements being sent without my consent that was half the price of my original order.
Not even a comparable substitute being sent, legitimately way cheaper than I had ordered. I wasn't notified, given an option to select a replacement, or offered a refund. Add ons (candy/bear) not delivered with order. I was assured by the last agent I spoke to that I had a few fluke encounters so I and trusting this order will be delivered as expected and no issues will arise. If not I will order elsewhere.
