First, I ordered a completely different piece than was received. I ordered a piece for the color combination. There was more of one color than I expected. Second, I had called your company and changed the delivery date, which I was assured would be honored. That was NOT done.

The arrangement delivered is a FAR cry from the arrangement pictured. Where the yellow roses are pictured - it looks like a filler (button poms?) was used ---while my friend is pleased about receiving the flowers, I am not happy with the product and will not be using this service again. I have a photo of what was delivered for comparison to what was photographed if needed.
Unfortunately the recipient received my basket but the card I sent was included with a floral arrangement that someone else sent, and their card was included on my food basket.
The flowers and vase were so pretty and the pink roses set off the yellow duck.
