I live out of state and my friends in the hospital in order to send her flowers it's almost fifty bucks just to have a bouquet and 1 balloon it would be nice if you had a selection on a lower price for everything like one single flower 1 small box of chocolates one teddy bear and one balloon for around 20 or $30 would be perfect
I also paid to have it deliverd first thing in the morning and my friend didn't get it until 5 pm I am suppost to have a credit back on my card but got an email saying they gave me a credit of 12.00 on the site. I didn't want that I wanted my money back for the service I didn't recieve
I ordered the flowers to be delivered on the same day at 9am. Paid extra for this service. The flowers were for a special day at my husbands office. The flowers did not arrive that day. I called the next morning and was told there was a computer glitch and the florist never received the order. They offered to refund the one day delivery fee and upgraded my flowers. The flowers arrived the next day and they were gorgeous.
So quick & easy. Still have to see how nice the flowers are & last but so far, so good. Thanks
I placed my order on a regular day we'll before noon, I was told the cut off for same day delivery was 3p.m. I was called later that day, and told my order would not be delivered the same day, but I would be refunded the same day fee of 2.99. A note of apology would be sent and an upgrade in the arrangement. I was fine with that. The next day I wake up to an email stating the florist in the area I was sending the flowers did not have the arrangement I had chosen but would send something as similar as possible, before I could respond I had an email stating the flowers had been delivered. The arrangement that was delivered was nothing close to what I had ordered. The colors were all wrong. It looked as if they had just thrown a little bit of whatever they could find into an orange vase. I was very disappointed in the flowers and the service I received and will not be a returning customer.
I am beyond pissed about my order! It was a day late and the basket sent was nothing like the picture. I was so embarrassed with the basket they sent. I spend $60 & they sent $5.00 or less in product. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never use your company again and I plan to tell everyone I know and post many reviews.

I loved the no hassle ordering. However, since I ordered a candy product containing chocolate, I didn't anticipate that it would be left on the doorstep...in July, Texas heat! Fortunately, the recipient arrived home before it melted. Otherwise, I was really happy with the experience.
This was the first time I took a chance and took the florist's choice. However, I did not like the arrangement and next time I guess I will have to choose my own again. It was a bit too gaudy and was not what I really expected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
